Refund Policy

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually). Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees already paid for a billing period are non-refundable, and cancelling stops future renewals rather than refunding the current period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting billing@arise.sa. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

Where the service includes usage-based charges or credits (for example, for compute or model usage), amounts that have already been consumed are non-refundable. Unused prepaid credits are handled as described at the time of purchase and may expire as stated there.

We may issue a refund, in whole or in part, in cases such as:

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Moyasar in Saudi Riyals (SAR). The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. We do not control, and are not responsible for, third-party processing times.

To request a refund, contact billing@arise.sa with your account email, the transaction date, and the reason for the request. We aim to review refund requests promptly and will respond with a decision and next steps.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and, where a charge is found to be valid, may result in suspension of the affected account pending resolution.

Refunds are net of any applicable taxes, which are handled in accordance with applicable law. Where Value Added Tax (VAT) applied to the original charge, refunds account for it as required.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email and apply to purchases made after the change takes effect.
