Sub-processors

Provider: Moyasar. Processes payment and transaction data to handle subscriptions and billing. Card details are entered with the payment processor and are not stored on ARISE servers.

Provides the secure cloud infrastructure and isolated execution environments in which agents and workloads run. Processes content and usage data necessary to operate, scale, and secure these environments.

Provides the AI model capabilities that power agent reasoning and generation. Processes the prompts and content submitted to a given task to return results. ARISE selects providers with appropriate confidentiality and data-handling commitments.

Delivers account, security, and service notifications. Processes recipient email addresses and message metadata required for delivery.

Helps us understand service usage, diagnose issues, and maintain reliability and security. Processes usage and device data, minimised and configured to limit exposure of personal data.

Powers support requests and correspondence. Processes the contact details and content you choose to share when contacting us.

Where a sub-processor operates outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, transfers are made only in accordance with the PDPL and the regulations on transferring personal data outside the Kingdom, with appropriate safeguards. We aim to host Saudi customer data within the Kingdom or an approved jurisdiction.

We may add, replace, or remove sub-processors as the service evolves. We maintain this page as the current list and provide a way for customers under a Data Processing Agreement to be notified of intended changes and to object on reasonable data-protection grounds.
